We realise after many years’ experience and working with groups of various sizes that small groups of 6/8 benefit most from L4L. Students in small groups are freer to interact and ask questions of the trainers and hence benefit more than working with normal class sizes.
Students who are familiar with each other also have a lot less inhibition and question more frequently. The trainer of a small group also benefits by ensuring that each student maximises their potential. Therefore in the workshops that we run we work with smaller groups.
